Hello Kitty goes Geisha in “Memoirs of a Kitty”

This is the very first design I created for Hello Kitty. Originally made for a Sanrio licensee. This would evolve into the fin-art/pop-art piece “Memoires of a Kitty” which you can see here.

P.S. She’s actually dressed as an “Oiran”, not a Geisha ^o^
